How long do I have to keep my subscription active?
Monthly: 3 month commitment
Quarterly: 12 month commitment
Once your commitment window closes, you will automatically transition to a month-to-month or quarter-to-quarter subscription plan until you choose to cancel.
What is the difference between basic and pro-usage rights?
Basic Usage Rights: Cover social media feed and story use, website listing photos, and non-paid content such as printed client promotional items and email marketing.
Pro Usage Rights: Cover use of images and/or video in paid ads or sponsored posts on any social media or marketing platform - purchased in 3 month usage increments.
Do you keep my product?
Many of the products we photograph are generously gifted to us—and sometimes they stay to inspire future magic in our creative library! However, If your items do need to return home, just add a pre-paid shipping label in the box, and we’ll send them back safe and sound.
Where do I send my box?
We are located in Davenport, Iowa - You will receive a shipping address in your confirmation email once your contract has been submitted!
Initial product shipments must be sent within 30 days of contract signing.
What if I need my images faster than 2 weeks?
Our rush fee starts at $150, but is dependent on package purchased, timeline needed, and subject to availability of photographer’s schedule.
