BuildHER Social was created for women in business who want real connections without walking into a room wondering who to talk to, where to stand, or how to break into a conversation. Instead, we make the introductions for you. Come alone. Seriously. Most women do. You don't need to bring a friend, prepare a pitch, or be the loudest person in the room. Just show up as you are, and we'll take it from there.

We’re bringing BuildHER Social indoors for the holidays...and adding a little something extra 🎄
We’re gathering at Board & Brush QC, giving us the chance to support another local business while adding a little holiday fun to the night. We’ll start with doing "make + take" projects together, then move into the intentional conversations, introductions and community that make BuildHER Social what it is.
What To Expect...
Make + Take - We'll spend the first 45 minutes creating our own holiday make + take projects! You’ll choose your specific design when you register, and everything you need will be ready for you when you arrive. No crafting expertise required. Just show up, make something fun and start getting to know the women around your table.
Guided Conversations: Once our projects are finished, it’s time to mix things up! You won’t be left to figure out who to approach or what to talk about. We’ll guide you through intentional conversations designed to help you actually get to know the women behind the businesses in our community.
Community Connections: We’ll finish the evening together as a whole group to share ideas, make introductions, ask for recommendations, offer resources and find ways we can genuinely support one another beyond the event. The goal isn't to leave with a stack of business cards. It's to leave knowing who you want to talk to again.

Many of the women at our first BuildHER Social walked in without knowing anyone else, and that's exactly why this format works. We'll tell you exactly where to go and who you're talking to next...you just get to connect.

BuildHER Social isn't about collecting business cards and forgetting about them the next morning. It’s about building a community of women who understand each other’s work, cheer each other on, share resources, make introductions, ask for help, celebrate the wins, and genuinely want to see one another succeed. After the event, you'll also be invited to join our private BuildHER Social community where the conversations (and connections) can keep going.
